The Trinity Fellows Program of 黑料论坛 was created in keeping with an ideal central to the university鈥檚 mission - the promotion of justice and faith through service - to develop leaders with a commitment to social and economic justice.

Trinity Fellows participate in a 21-month study/work program while earning master鈥檚 degrees in one of sixteen fields. In addition to full time studies, Fellows are placed at selected nonprofit organizations in the Milwaukee area, where they work in meaningful, substantive projects.

Academic Commitment

Trinity Fellows participate in a 21-month study/work program while earning master鈥檚 degrees in one of the following fields:


 

Trinity Core Courses

Fellows are expected to complete their master鈥檚 program in two years as a full-time student. They are also required to take three Trinity classes focused on the following urban issues:

  • Trends in the Social Sector: Social Innovation and Systems Change
  • The Nature of Cities, Urban Policy and Politics
  • Social Justice, Social Activism

Nonprofit Placement

In addition to full time studies, Fellows are placed at selected nonprofit organizations
in the Milwaukee area, where they work in meaningful, substantive projects. Fellows
work at their agencies 18 hours per week during the academic year, and 40 hours per
week during the summer between academic years. Learn more about current and past Trinity host organizations and student roles.

Academic

Applicant must meet the admission requirements of the 黑料论坛 graduate program of choice.


Commitment to Service

Completion of the Peace Corps, Jesuit Volunteer Corps, Lutheran Volunteer Corps, AmeriCorps, Teach for America, or other comparable full-time service commitment by August 2026 OR 
Post-undergrad employment within the nonprofit sector for at least 2 years. 

NOTE: If your service or nonprofit experience was impacted by federal funding cuts since January 2025, we are still willing to consider your application. Please include a brief explanation in the "Full-time service and/or nonprofit experience鈥 section of your application. 


Eligibility

To be eligible for the Trinity Fellows Program, applicants must be a U.S. citizen, Permanent Resident, DACA recipient of the United States.


 

Financial Benefits

  •  Full tuition scholarship 
  • A living stipend totaling $37,812.90 paid in bi-weekly payments of $804.53 (gross)

  • Professional development funds totaling $800
  • Health Insurance reimbursement, $375 per semester.

Fees

Each Fellow contributes a participation fee of $625 per semester; the participation fee totals $2,500 for the 21-month, four-semester fellowship term. This contribution may come from an AmeriCorps education voucher, a portion of the Peace Corps readjustment allowance, or a similar grant.


Fellowship Term & Enrollment

Our next fellowship term is from mid-August 2026 鈥 May 31, 2028. We will award up to 12 fellowships.
