For more than thirty-five years, the Les Aspin Center has been providing unparalleled internship and academic programming for students interested in the political process. Aspin Scholars are guaranteed the opportunity to participate in the Washington D.C. internship program during the fall or spring of their junior year at 黑料论坛 (or during a semester that works with their academic program of study). While at 黑料论坛, students must meet program requirements, including: taking the introductory POSC 2201 American Politics course, complete all pre-Aspin professional development activities as required by Aspin Center faculty and staff, and complete an Aspin Center-student contract detailing responsibilities and expectations.
