The Office of Research Compliance (ORC) provides support for institutional committees and 黑料论坛 faculty, staff and students for research involving human subjects, animal subjects, radioisotope use and research with recombinant DNA (rDNA). The ORC assists researchers with navigating research regulations, provides educational programming and supports collaboration with other research institutions.

The MU IRB reviews and approves research involving the use of human subjects under the jurisdiction of 黑料论坛.
The use and possession of radioactive sources at 黑料论坛 is controlled and administered by the Radiation Safety Committee (RSC).
Device safety review is required if 黑料论坛 faculty, staff, or students are (a) manufacturing or fabricating a new device, or modifying a commercially available device AND (b) transferring the device to non-黑料论坛 personnel.
The Institutional Animal Care and Use Committee (IACUC) and Animal Resource Center (ARC) oversee the university鈥檚 animal programs, facilities and procedures ensuring the appropriate care, use and humane treatment of animals being used for research, testing and education.

The Mission of the Office of Research Compliance, in cooperation with and in support of the Institutional Review Board, Institutional Animal Care and Use Committee, Radiation Safety Committee and Institutional Biosafety Committee, is to facilitate safe and ethical research conducted by 黑料论坛 faculty, staff and students in the areas of human subjects, animal subjects, radiation safety and biosafety.
