Kelly Osowski is a Clinical Assistant Professor and Academic Fieldwork Coordinator in the ºÚÁÏÂÛ̳ College of Health Sciences Department of Occupational Therapy. Kelly has been a practicing therapist since 2012 with her primary focus on the neurological patient population both inpatient and outpatient rehabilitation including the intensive care unit. Kelly graduated from Mount Mary University with her Master’s in Occupational Therapy and is currently in pursuit of her Post-Professional Occupational Therapy Doctorate from Mount Mary University. Kelly’s mission is to serve the community, students, and families through her deep passion for occupational therapy. Her unwavering faith in God and strong belief in the value of occupational therapy fuel her dedication as both a practitioner and an instructor. Kelly’s professional experience includes serving as a Clinical Assistant Professor in the Occupational Therapy Program and the Adult Occupational Therapy Clinic Coordinator in the Interprofessional Community Clinic in the at Concordia University Wisconsin Mequon. Prior to academia, Kelly experienced years of hands-on experience as a Senior Occupational Therapist for Advocate Aurora Healthcare. Kelly is passionate about supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD) and neurological conditions, striving to make a meaningful impact on their care personal growth, and overall quality of life. Kelly is committed to support occupational therapy students to ensure their fieldwork experience is both enriching and educational. In her free time, Kelly enjoys spending time with her husband and three children, snowboarding, boating, reading, yoga, biking, and taking family walks.
