History: The Sisters of Sainte Anne were founded in Quebec, Canada, 1850, and self-identify with the post-nominal initials, 鈥淪.S.A.鈥 They made their first U.S. foundation, 1866, and have administered the following provinces, which have ministered to Native Americans in Alaska (e.g. Eskimo, Ingalik).
