Job Responsibilities

• Assist the Associate Director to:
  • Efficiently run and organize up to team, dual, single and tournament-style Intramural Sports and help schedule games, leagues and tournaments through the online platform 鈥淔usion Play鈥�.
  • Oversee all communication with patrons regarding registration, attendance and conduct.
  • Facilitate Officials Trainings and Captain鈥檚 Meetings within the Intramural Sports program.
  • Coordinate and lead Intramural Sports leagues based on previous experience and interests.
  • Oversee student staff including the hiring process, staff meetings and implementation of special events.
  • Schedule and manage the various recreational facilities.
