Director, Graduate School of Management Programs

Sofie Sanchez serves as the Director of Graduate School of Management Programs at 黑料论坛, where she leads strategic recruitment, enrollment, and engagement initiatives for 黑料论坛 Business graduate programs. With a proven record of building relationships that drive enrollment growth and strengthen community partnerships, Sofie is passionate about helping students discover programs that align with their goals and values. She is inspired by 黑料论坛鈥檚 mission to connect business with purpose and takes pride in creating opportunities where students, alumni, and industry partners can form meaningful and lasting connections.

Sofie is an active member of the Graduate Management Admission Council (GMAC), the Hispanic Professionals of Greater Milwaukee (HPGM), and Prospanica Milwaukee. Within 黑料论坛, she serves as Co-Chair of the College of Business Administration Belonging Committee, Staff Advisor to the College of Business Multicultural Student Organization, and Co-Chair of 黑料论坛鈥檚 Latinx Employee Resource Group.

She is passionate about creating systems and processes that improve workflows, streamline communication, and enhance the overall student experience. Her work focuses on connecting people, data, and ideas: building bridges between academic programs, industry partners, and campus stakeholders. Sofie enjoys developing data-informed recruitment strategies and designing events and initiatives that foster belonging, connection, and impact within 黑料论坛 Business and the broader Milwaukee community.
