Curriculum Vitae

Instructor of Practice - Marketing

I am currently the director of Graduate Analytics at the College of Business Administration, an instructor of marketing and 黑料论坛's previous director of the Northwestern Mutual Data Science Institute (NMDSI). I joined 黑料论坛 in 2010. In addition to my academic experience I have 25-plus years of experience in corporate marketing and consulting, focusing on enterprise, small business and consumer voice and data services and general tech marketing consulting. In my teaching I strive to expose students to the most important and evolving concepts in the courses I teach, but I also work to ground those concepts in real-life examples, applications and community-based projects.

In my teaching I'm focusing on how AI is being applied to marketing analytics and models. I began research in early 2025 to benchmark the use of data science and AI among U.S. nonprofit organizations and to identify the most prevalent data science and AI use cases.
