Professor of Management

Kristie Rogers is a professor of management who teaches negotiation and organizational behavior in both undergraduate and graduate programs. Through her teaching and her director role for the Master in Management (MiM) program, she loves helping students grow and is especially energized by watching them apply the class material to real organizational challenges. Her teaching has been recognized with university-wide and national honors, including the 黑料论坛 Teaching Excellence Award and Poets & Quants鈥 50 Best Undergraduate Professors.

Research Interests

Her research explores respect and identity at work, with a focus on how people thrive in the face of complex tensions. She specializes in qualitative research in unconventional work settings. Her work is published in leading journals such as AMJ, ASQ, AMR, Organization Science, and JAP, and has been featured by Harvard Business Review, The New York Times, and Wall Street Journal. Dr. Rogers currently serves as an Associate Editor at Academy of Management Review.
