Adjunct Professor of Finance

Dave Bauer is a partner and Chief Investment Officer with Lubar & Co, a Milwaukee based single family office, since 2005. He has been teaching in the 黑料论坛 Executive MBA program since 2006 and has a passion for sharing his lifetime of corporate finance experience with business executives in our community and giving them the tools to make better investment decisions in the future. This ranges from making acquisitions to capital investment decisions to working with senior leadership teams to increase enterprise value.

Dave Bauer is involved in the direct investing and private equity activities of Lubar & Co and is on the board or working closely with the portfolio of companies and one public company board of directors. Prior to this, he was the Chief Financial Officer for Facilitator Capital Fund, a Wisconsin-based Small Business Investment Company. He started his career with Arthur Andersen where he led the Wisconsin transaction advisory services practice.
