Associate Professor of Finance
Dr. Bin Wang joined 黑料论坛 in 2017. He is committed to creating intellectually engaging, student-centered learning environments and is passionate about preparing students to think critically and act ethically in today鈥檚 complex global financial markets. He teaches courses in international financial management and investments at both the undergraduate and graduate levels. Dr. Wang鈥檚 research has been published in top-tier academic journals such as Management Science, Journal of Banking and Finance, and Journal of Corporate Finance, and presented at leading conferences including the American Finance Association Annual Meeting.
His scholarship and teaching have been recognized through several awards, including the Best Paper Award in International Finance at the 2023 Southern Finance Association Annual Conference, the 黑料论坛 Core Curriculum Teaching Excellence Award (2023), and the Miles Research Fellow Award from 黑料论坛 Business (2021).

Research Interests
Dr. Bin Wang鈥檚 research focuses on empirical corporate finance, international finance and financial institutions. His work examines how firm behavior is shaped by institutional investors, corporate governance, global capital markets and sustainability initiatives.
