Assistant Professor of Practice

Alisa has taught at 黑料论坛 since 2017 and joined the full-time faculty in 2024. She brings 30 years of global industry and leadership experience in HR, labor relations, recruitment, rewards, talent development, coaching and strategy roles.

She held global leadership roles at Ford Motor Company and Johnson Controls Inc. She focused her efforts on global growth, culture and organization enablement. She has a hands-on, positive and supportive leadership style; she brings that same style and focus to her students at 黑料论坛.

In 2019 Alisa was Featured in the book The Road to the Top is Not on the Map: Conversations with Top Women in Industry.

She is a certified fitness trainer and teaches group fitness classes. She plays pickleball (a lot). She is a student of Milwaukee history and architecture and serves as a historic Milwaukee tour guide, a gardener and house plant enthusiast.
